About Me

I am a lecturer, conservationist, artist and influencer based in Pretoria.

Scientist 

I am a lecturer and my current research focus is on aquatic ecology. I am happiest when working in the natural splendour of South Africa. I have worked with the Big 5, and cheetahs. My knowledge base centres around Southern African fauna and flora, with specific interest in freshwater aquatic systems. I am skilled in alien/invasive plant maintenance, venomous snake handling. I am a registered Scientist at SACNASP, and a member of the Southern African Wildlife Management Association. I am skilled in QGIS including map creation, as well as South African Police Service Competency in the personal and business use of all firearms.
